COOKING STEPS : SLOW COOKER CHEESEBURGER SOUP
All of the wonderful flavors of a classic hamburger bound up during a creamy, bum slow cooking utensil soup! this can be cozy food you will crave all year long!

4 cups unclothed and diced potatoes
1 tiny onion, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
¾ cup sliced carrots
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3 cups stock
8 ounces beef + one tablespoon oil
4 tablespoons butter
¼ cup flour
1½ cups 0.5 and 0.5 or cream
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup cream
2 cups sliced sharp cheese
optional: extra cheese, bacon bits, inexperienced onions
Add potatoes, diced onion, celery, carrots, basil, parsley, and stock to slow cooking utensil. Cook on low 7-8 hours or on low 3-4 hours.
About half-hour before serving, add oil and beef to an oversized sauce pan and stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes till bronzed. Transfer to a bowl and wipe out the pan with a towel.
Add butter to pan and stir till liquified. Add flour and stir till mixture clumps up. Slowly whisk in milk (half and 0.5 OR significant cream) till mixture thickens. Stir in salt, pepper, and cream.
Add cream mixture, beef, and sliced cheese to cooker. Stir to mix all ingredients. Serve heat and prime with extra cheese, bacon bits, and inexperienced onions if desired.
